This warm display case is equipped with a heating element, located above an axial fan (convection system) and a reservoir with water, which enables a slight humidification of the air in the entire heated exhibition space. Thanks to this technical solution, the entire space has the same, constant temperature and humidity. The desired temperature can be set with a mechanical thermostat located in the back of the showcase. The display case is also equipped with a removable grid, fluorescent lighting is located in the upper part of the display case.
